- Online Events via Zoom
For online women's circles and other live online events, I use Zoom as the video conferencing platform. When you participate in a Zoom session, Zoom processes certain personal data, including your name (as displayed in Zoom), email address, IP address, and device information. This data is processed by Zoom Video Communications, Inc., based in the USA. Standard Contractual Clauses apply for data transfers outside the EEA. Camera use
Camera use is encouraged but never mandatory.
Recordings
Some sessions may be recorded — for example, to make a replay available to participants. If a session is recorded, you will be informed before the session begins. You will always have the option to turn your camera off before recording starts if you prefer not to appear on screen. Recordings are stored securely. They may be shared with participants of that specific session, or made available at a later date as a standalone product (free or paid) to a broader audience. You will always be informed of this intended use before the session begins, giving you the opportunity to keep your camera off if you prefer not to appear in a recording that will be shared more widely. Recordings are not used for marketing or promotional purposes without your explicit consent.
If you do not wish to be recorded under any circumstances, please let me know before the session and we will find a suitable arrangement.

Je kunt je op elk moment afmelden via de afmeldlink onderaan elke e-mail. Na afmelding wordt je e-mailadres binnen een redelijke termijn van de mailinglijst verwijderd.
Ik gebruik Kajabi voor het beheren en versturen van e-mailcommunicatie. Jouw gegevens worden opgeslagen op de servers van Kajabi. Zie sectie 5 voor meer informatie over derden.

- Online Evenementen via Zoom
Voor online vrouwencirkels en andere live online evenementen maak ik gebruik van Zoom als videoconferentieplatform. Wanneer je deelneemt aan een Zoom-sessie, verwerkt Zoom bepaalde persoonsgegevens, waaronder je naam (zoals weergegeven in Zoom), e-mailadres, IP-adres en apparaatinformatie. Deze gegevens worden verwerkt door Zoom Video Communications, Inc., gevestigd in de VS. Voor gegevensdoorsturen buiten de EER zijn Standaard Contractbepalingen van toepassing. Cameragebruik
Cameragebruik wordt aangemoedigd maar is nooit verplicht.
Opnames
Sommige sessies kunnen worden opgenomen — bijvoorbeeld om een terugkijkoptie beschikbaar te stellen aan deelnemers. Als een sessie wordt opgenomen, word je hierover geïnformeerd voordat de sessie begint. Je hebt altijd de mogelijkheid om je camera uit te zetten voordat de opname start als je liever niet in beeld verschijnt. Opnames worden veilig opgeslagen. Ze kunnen worden gedeeld met deelnemers van die specifieke sessie, of op een later moment beschikbaar worden gesteld als een zelfstandig product (gratis of betaald) aan een breder publiek. Je wordt altijd voor aanvang van de sessie geïnformeerd over dit beoogde gebruik, zodat je de mogelijkheid hebt je camera uit te zetten als je liever niet in beeld verschijnt in een opname die breder wordt gedeeld. Opnames worden niet gebruikt voor marketing- of promotiedoeleinden zonder jouw uitdrukkelijke toestemming.
Als je onder geen enkele omstandigheid wilt worden opgenomen, laat dit dan voor de sessie weten en we zoeken samen naar een passende oplossing.
