You take good care of yourself.
And yet, you're still figuring it out.
You know what's good for you.
But do you know what's right for you?
More lightness in your body.
More peace around food.
More trust in your inner knowing.
More connection to yourself.
Do you recognise yourself here?
Everything might look fine, but it doesn't always feel that way.
Maybe you…
Want to feel more at home in your body.
You want to feel more comfortable in your body, perhaps lose some weight, feel lighter, or simply feel more at home in the body you already have.
Want more peace around food.
You're tired of constantly starting over, thinking about food all the time, or reaching for sugar, snacks or certain foods when you're tired, stressed or emotional.
Want your period, digestion or (peri)menopause to feel easier.
You experience bloating, digestive discomfort or menstrual complaints — or you're moving through perimenopause or menopause and want to support your body in a more gentle, connected way.
Feel like your body is asking you to slow down.
You feel tense, overstimulated or disconnected from what your body needs, yet somehow keep pushing through.
Want to trust yourself more deeply.
You want to know what feels good for you, set boundaries without guilt, and say yes or no from a place that actually feels true.
Know there is more available to you.
You understand yourself with your mind, but want that knowing to become something you actually embody — with more intimacy, pleasure, connection and ease.
You don't have to be at breaking point to want something to change.
Maybe nothing looks particularly wrong from the outside.
You function. You manage. You take care of things.
But somewhere along the way, you've become a little further away from yourself.
And maybe you simply know there is more available to you.
The Body is also created for the woman who looks functional, but feels far away from herself.
A year-long self-paced online journey back into your body — through Movement, Nourishment and Pleasure — so you can hear what your body is telling you and build a life that comes from listening rather than overriding.

The Body is a year-long online journey for women who want to learn to listen more deeply to their bodies — and reconnect with the wisdom that has been there all along.
Everything unfolds through three essential pillars:
Movement
Reconnect with your body through movement that feels supportive, gentle and alive.
Nourishment
Create a different relationship with food — one rooted in nourishment, awareness and listening rather than restriction and rules.
And because your body is unique, this isn't a one-size-fits-all approach. You'll learn to recognise what truly nourishes you.
Pleasure
Reconnect with what feels good, what you desire, what you enjoy and what makes you feel fully alive.
And everything is approached through softness.
Not by pushing your body harder.
Not by forcing change.
But by bringing more softness, awareness and connection to these essential areas of your life.
The Body gives you the structure, practices and space to make this way of living your own.

"The first week... that was really about landing.
Everything feels so soft, small and clear"
— Week 1, The Body
Your body knows before your mind does
Your body is constantly communicating with you.
It signals when something feels good.
When something doesn't.
When you've had enough.
When you need rest.
When something is a yes — or a clear no.
The signal often comes before you can explain it with your mind.
But we live in a world that teaches us to think our way through almost everything. So we learn to override the signal. Ignore it. Distract ourselves from it. Or numb it altogether.
I know this from my own experience.
I used to take pain medication when my menstrual headaches became so intense that I could barely function — so I could keep working.
But my body was already telling me:
You've done too much.
Rest.
When we slow down and reconnect with our bodies, we create more space for the nervous system to settle, the body to soften and the noise to become quieter.
And in that space, it becomes easier to hear what your body has been telling you all along.
Not because you learn to control yourself better.
But because you begin to listen.
And from that place, your choices can come from a deeper knowing — rather than habit, pressure, distraction or overriding yourself.
The question isn't whether your body is communicating.
The question is: do you hear it?
Your body doesn't need more instructions.
It needs you to slow down and listen.
"It feels like you're with me every step of the way.”
— Week 1, The Body
There is no quick fix
Real change happens through what you do on a day-to-day basis.
We live in a world that loves quick fixes.
Another diet. Another course. Another insight that suddenly makes everything make sense.
And sometimes these things can be valuable.
But understanding something with your mind doesn't automatically change the way you live.
Your life changes through what you repeatedly do.
Small choices.
Small practices.
Small moments of listening.
Again and again.
That's why The Body unfolds over a full year.
Not because you need a year to learn what to do — but because your body needs time to experience, practice and integrate a different way of living.
You don't have to do everything perfectly.
You might miss a practice. Life happens.
What matters is that you keep returning.
In the beginning, The Body gives you a structure to lean on. Over time, you begin to recognise your own signals, understand what works for you and develop your own compass.
The goal isn't to finish The Body.
The goal is to no longer need it in the same way.
The structure gives you a place to begin.
Your body becomes your compass.
What transformation looked like for me
For me, transformation started with things I could notice.
I started noticing that my body felt different.
I lost weight.
I noticed more hormonal balance.
My menstrual complaints eventually disappeared.
I stopped reaching for sugar.
In fact, I simply don't eat sugar anymore.
And those were the things I noticed first.
But the deeper transformation came later.
I started noticing that when I was tired or sad, I didn't automatically reach for the things I used to use to comfort myself.
I became more open to new people — and different kinds of people.
I learned to set boundaries more naturally, because I became clearer about what actually feels good to me.
I started communicating differently in my relationships.
And I began making different choices, almost without having to think about them.
Even now, I still notice new things in my behaviour.
That's what I find so beautiful about this work.
The transformation isn't always one big moment.
Sometimes it's simply noticing, one day:
"Oh. I don't do that anymore."
I didn't create The Body because I had figured everything out.
I created it because I know what it feels like to lose touch with your own signals — to keep going when your body is asking you to slow down, to look outside yourself for answers, and to understand everything with your mind while your body has been telling you the truth all along.
The Body grew out of my own journey back to listening.
This changes how you meet life
The Body gives you a way to keep coming home to yourself, again and again.
The Body isn't just about what happens during the practices.
It changes how you meet your actual life.
In what you eat.
In how you move.
In how you rest.
In who you spend time with.
In what you say yes to — and what you say no to.
In how you communicate.
In how you receive love.
In how you relate to yourself.
Because when you are connected to your body, you have a different place from which to make your choices.
And those choices, repeated day after day, begin to shape your life.
This is what it means to live from your own compass.
In their own words
Small shifts. Real women. Real beginnings.
"I choose to make time and space for self-care."
— Week 2, The Body
"I'm already seeing my patterns more clearly through the small practices."
