You know a lot. You’ve probably tried a lot. And still:

  • You feel tired even when you’ve done everything “right.”
  • Food takes up more headspace than you want it to.
  • You know your period, your digestion, or perimenopause could feel easier — and you’re tired of managing it instead of actually listening to what it’s asking for.
  • You push through days when your body is asking you to stop.
  • You keep landing in the same kind of pattern — in relationships, at work, in how you care for yourself — and you’re beginning to notice the patterns you bring into them.
  • You want to say yes and no from somewhere that actually feels true.

None of that means something is wrong with you. It means you’ve been living a little too far from your own body.

The Body

A feminine body-home method for women who are tired of living:

  • armored
  • rushed
  • numb
  • over-giving
  • disconnected from their pleasure

Most women don’t need more discipline first.

They need enough safety to start listening.

And enough structure to keep practising what they hear.

Understanding yourself is not the same as changing.

You know exactly why you do what you do.

You have read the books and done the work in your head.

And still find your body responding the same way it always has.

That’s because change isn’t only something you understand.

It’s something you practice, in your body.

Often enough that it becomes how you live.

Not something you have to remember to do.

The practices deepen as you do.

You’ll have the practices from the beginning.

What changes throughout the year is how you meet them.

And how nourishment unfolds phase by phase.

Movement

Gentle, supportive movement from the start — much of it can be done from your own bed — plus two short strength sessions a week. Over time, the practice develops with you: space to notice, strengthen and reconnect, without constantly pushing past yourself. You set the pace.

You don’t have to understand what your body is holding to begin listening to it. Many of us built a kind of armor to get through — staying busy, staying capable, staying in control. It did its job. But the same armor that protected you can also block the pleasure, connection and rest you’re now looking for. You won’t be asked to analyse every sensation or explain where a feeling comes from before you’re allowed to feel it. Your body doesn’t need to be fixed. It needs enough safety to be felt.

Nourishment

There’s no single way of eating that works for every woman. Throughout the year, you move through different phases — some starting from a shared foundation, others from a more personal starting point. Food is often the first place your body can experience safety without having to work hard for it. You explore, notice and filter what genuinely works for you, until you have a way of nourishing yourself that’s personal, practical and your own.

Pleasure Practice

Presence, sensuality, desire, receiving and vitality — explored as a practice, not a performance or a goal to hit. Pleasure isn’t the reward at the end of a good day. It’s information about what’s actually alive in you.

Pregnant, recently gave birth, or trying to conceive? Check the FAQ for more information.

“It’s not another program telling me what I should or shouldn’t eat. It’s about discovering what my body needs. I’m done with the cycle of losing and regaining — I want a way of living I can actually keep.”

How the three pillars work together

Movement helps you feel.

Nourishment helps you support what you feel.

Pleasure Practice helps you want things again.

Separately they’re useful.

Together, they teach your nervous system that it’s safe to notice.

And once that’s true, you stop needing to override yourself just to get through the day.

Everything in The Body starts with calming your nervous system.

Not “more relaxation” as another thing to schedule.

Actual rest.

The kind where your body stops bracing.

Your digestion settles.

Your breath deepens without you trying.

And your mind gets quiet enough to hear what your body has been saying underneath the noise.

Most of us have never really learned this.

That’s what the daily practices are actually doing, underneath the movement, the food, the pleasure: helping your body and nervous system find a state of rest they can return to on their own — not just during a practice, in your actual, everyday life.

When your nervous system feels safe enough to rest, you can hear yourself again.

“My mind wanted to lift weights. My body wasn’t ready. Through the gentle practices, I could feel myself getting there.”

— Week 3, The Body

I help women feel safe enough to fully receive life again.

To reconnect with your feminine life force.

To nourish yourself in a way that is truly yours.

To slow down enough to hear what you want.

To meet pleasure without performance.

And to build a life that feels more like your own.

A year to make it your own

The Body gives you the structure to reconnect with your body — until you can trust your own compass again.

The Body unfolds gradually across 52 weeks.

Change asks for practice — small, repeated moments of listening, until they become something you can carry with you.

Into your body, and into every relationship you’re in — with a partner, with your children, with family, your colleages, with how you meet your life.

15–20 minutes a day, on average. Small enough to fit into real life. Consistent enough to change how you live.

“Small daily practices that fit into real life, so they’re easy to return to. That’s what finally made it sustainable for me.”

 — Vanessa

What you may take with you:

  • You meet life with more ease.
  • You dare to slow down and feel what you actually need.
  • You nourish yourself in a way that fits you and supports your body.
  • You enjoy what brings you pleasure again.
  • You live less from conditioning and more from what feels true to you.

You stop reaching for things you already knew weren’t good for you — not because a rule tells you not to, but because you no longer feel the same need to use them to numb yourself.
You feel tired before you’re depleted.
You say no without having to justify yourself.
You notice that something that used to get to you simply doesn’t affect you in the same way anymore.
You don’t have to become someone else.
You get to become more yourself.
